  • Why choose Omnia Machinery?

Omnia Machinery sources the highest quality machines from leading construction companies around the world. All machines are thoroughly checked before sale by either ourselves or third-party inspectors to ensure there are no issues when the machine is put to work.

  • Do you offer shipping?

We offer worldwide shipping at extremely competitive rates. Last year we shipped machinery to over 100 countries, offering RoRo, LCL, FCL, Consolidated and Airmail services.

  • Do you offer finance?

We do not offer finance or leasing on machines, however if you are located in the UK/Ireland we have partnerships with leading banks and finance houses that can offer this service. We can not offer finance on international sales. 

  • Can I inspect the machine?

When it’s possible for the customer, we always encourage inspections.

  • Can we get a third-party inspection?

We can offer inspections by OEM’s and independent inspection services around the world. 

  • Do we offer warranty?

We do not offer warranty on used machinery, as is standard across the industry. We do however go to great lengths to ensure the machine is inspected, tested and arrives ready to go to work.

  • How can I be sure about the physical condition of the machine I’m buying?

Our first port of call would be for you to inspect the machine in person, this guarantees you know exactly what you are buying. If this is not possible, we would recommend an inspection by the OEM or a third-party inspector. We are fully confident in every machine we sell, having performed thorough checks ourselves prior to advertising. We will also provide as many pictures and working videos as possible to ensure you are fully confident with the machine you are purchasing.

  • How can I be sure that the hour clock is showing the correct number of hours on the machine I have just been offered?

We carefully check the history of our machines along with service records to ensure that we provide an accurate hour reading, even if the clock has been replaced and is showing different. We can also offer an engine diagnostic service where a computer is plugged into the engine of the machine to give an accurate historical reading.

  • What does an inspection report include?

PDF report giving a full commentary on all technical aspects of the machine and a detailed description of any faults, including a full set of supporting images.

  • What security checks do we carry out?

All machines are HPI checked before sale to ensure no finance is outstanding and the machine has never been stolen.

  • What payment terms do you offer?

The majority of our transactions are done via wire transfer in advance of shipment. In certain circumstances, we offer a Letter of Credit and Cash against Documents (CAD) as alternative options.

  • How often should I expect updates on my shipment once I have purchased a machine?

We provide weekly shipping updates so you know exactly when your machine will arrive at the destination port.

  • How can I be sure that I will get back up with my purchase after delivery?

We are committed to ensuring the machinery we sell is of the highest quality. Should you have any issues on arrival, we can provide technical assistance over the phone, as well as deliver any spare parts required via airmail in a matter of days to reduce your downtime.

  • Can we reserve a machine?

Machinery can be reserved for a period of 30 days by placing a 10% deposit.

  • Do you sell parts?

Yes, we are able to provide a wide range of replacement parts for all kinds of machinery. Send a parts enquiry through the online form on our website with your request and we aim to respond with a quotation within 24 hours.

For any machinery purchased, we can ship service packages with the machine for a small additional cost to ensure your machine can be serviced and maintained to a proper schedule during the first few years of operation.
