A customer contacted us looking for a W100i under a certain amount of hours for their projects in Indonesia. We sourced the machine that had been traded in with one of the UK’s Manufacturers, upon inspection by ourselves there was a number of issues with the machine. With this in mind, the client agreed on a deal with Omnia based on the machine shipping once the repairs had been completed.
The repairs took almost 6 weeks to finish, the parts needed to be manufactured and shipped from the factory in Germany. Due to the size of the machine, it was decided to ship in a 40-foot container so that the transit time to Jakarta could be lessened.
