Cat C18 Engine

The rig has been serviced every 250 hours, and generally repaired and kept in good condition:

• March 2021: Change of rollers and chains in undercarriage

• July 2021: Check and repacking of all hydraulic pumps

• March: Change of wear pads and wedges in undercarriage

• May 2023: Change of complete exhaust system and different wear parts in the mast and undercarriage

• July 2023: Change of wear parts in mast and mast cylinder

• February 2024: New inclinations cylinder in the mast

The vibrator got a new clamp at the end of 2018.

The vibrator was totally overhauled in 2020:

• Dismantle all inner parts in gearbox

• Rework all boreholes in the vibratory body

• Installation of all inner parts with new oversized bearings and new eccentric counterweights

Minor overhaul of vibrator in 2023:

• Repack hydraulic motors

• Different seals changed on the vibrator.

Both gearboxes of the VDW rotary head were overhauled in June 2023.

• Gear box housing was renovated

• Gears and bearings inside changed where required. See invoice attached
